Opportunities through GATE: 

• Admission to Master’s programs and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts
• Also Admission to Doctoral programs in relevant branches of Arts and Science, in the institutions supported by the MoE and other Government agencies.
• Stipend for the Above Courses
• Getting Recruited into Public Sector Units (PSU)

Eligibility:  A candidate who is currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program OR has already completed any government approved degree program in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts is eligible for appearing in the GATE 2023 exam.

Application Fees: 

During Normal Period (30th Aug to 30th Sep)

• Female candidates (per paper) : Rs.850
• SC / ST / PwD* category candidates (per paper): Rs.850
• All other candidates including foreign nationals (per paper): Rs.850

During Extended Period (1st Oct to 7th Oct)

• Female candidates (per paper) : Rs.1350
• SC / ST / PwD* category candidates (per paper): Rs.1350
• All other candidates including foreign nationals (per paper): Rs.2200
