Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to read and understand Civil, Architectural and basic MEP drawings.
• Well versed with 2D as well as 3D softwares like Autocad, Sketchup, Blender.
• Using computer software to calculate and verify cost estimates and do the rate analysis.
• Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.
• Review the specifications and BOQs as per the project drawings and other project information.
• Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients.
• Must be able to perform 3d rendering work.
• A good level of technical skill with attention to detail
• Knowledge about commonly used materials and terminology in Real Estate/Construction field.
• Work Experience in cost estimation and 3d rendering is a plus.
